In this class students learn Excel basics, entering and modifying data, navigating, moving, copying, formatting and printing. Students also learn to use formulas and functions. Come and learn tricks to make the program easier. Prerequisite: Basic computer knowledge.

This program is designed to help participants deal with chronic conditions like arthritis, hypertension, COPD, depression, etc. This workshop is a combination of lecture and discussion; participants receive a free book and CD for use in the program. Topics include techniques to deal with frustration, fatigue, pain and isolation, appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength, flexibility, and endurance, appropriate use of medications, communicating effectively with family, friends, and health professionals, nutrition, and how to evaluate new treatments. Class will take place Zoom. Students must have an audio- and video-enabled device to participate.

Tis the spooky season and time to build a monster of a story for chills and thrills. Learn how to stitch the parts of plot, setting, and character together into hair-raising tales of things that go bump in the night.Class takes place on Zoom.
