Chicken Ropa Vieja, Tony Style!

One of Tony's favorite Cuban dishes, this is typically made with beef, but you can make it with chicken or pork. We will pair this with delicious white rice and black beans. As a bonus, you will get to experience Tony's delightful personality and his passion for cooking! It's fun and a great way to do something with your loved ones far away! Session IV: Beginning French, Continuing

This class is for anyone who wants to learn just enough French to get by in a French-speaking country (or province), as well as those who want a refresher. We’ll cover pronunciation, basic phrases, and essential vocabulary. Along the way get tips on travel and culture from your teacher, who has lived and traveled in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Students are responsible for ordering their own book prior to the start of class: "Barron’s E-Z French." This class will be offered through Zoom or Webex. This details all aspects of Chaga "mushroom" (Inonotus obliquus) including where to find them, how to use them, and current science. Many aspects are shown including those most never see. David has collected edible and medicinal mushrooms for 46 years. He is a member of the Maine Mycological Association and the North American Mycological Association. No discounts. By providing a close-up photo of your face, we’ll identify your face, eye, and lip shapes so you can learn makeup application techniques for your features. Access several videos each week at your convenience to learn about topics like color-mixing, using contrast, and creating interesting still life and landscape compositions. Then join our online group workshops so we can discuss the video topics, answer questions, and share your work for critique. (Sharing is optional, of course.) All skill levels welcome!
