Smudging is just one way to clear out stagnant and residual energies from your personal, living or work space. Have you ever walked into a room right after an argument and you could just feel it “hanging in the air?” Ever feel great until you spend a few minutes listening to someone report their sorrows and when they walk away you feel terrible? You will learn several ways to clear yourself and your space of unwanted energy. In class we will do a few exercises, clear some energy, lift our vibration and have some fun! You will also receive a personal “toolkit” so you can get started clearing immediately. $10 toolkit fee paid to instructor at class. No discounts.
