Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention on the preset moment. When you are mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings without judging them. Today, more and more healthcare practitioners are seeing the benefits of incorporating mindfulness in to their treatments and teaching others in all backgrounds about this valuable practice. In this certificate program, you'll examine the many benefits of mindfulness for both your personal and professional life. You'll also lay the foundation for a career in health and wellness coaching.
