Who can resist the smell of fresh bread baking? We will learn how to mix, knead, proof and shape basic yeast dough. Participants will learn how to create cloverleaf rolls, butter crescents, cinnamon swirls, tea rings and whole-wheat rolls as well as an economical savory braid that comes together quickly. Various yeast bread recipes will be shared and discussed. Each student will learn how to create their own yummy breads. No discounts. This class will be offered through Zoom or Webex. Students must have an audio and video enabled computer, tablet or smartphone to participate. Merrymeeting will send you information about accessing the class prior to its start date.
