Merrymeeting Adult Education

The Captain School Key West, through local instructor John Coffin, is offering the Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel (OUPV), commonly called the 6-pack course. The course qualifies students for a Coast Guard license to operate vessels carrying up to six passengers for hire (OUPV). The fee includes texts, charts, navigation tools, and the USCG-approved exam. Class meets on Zoom. Merrymeeting will send you information about accessing the class prior to its start date.

Students must have an audio and video-enabled computer, tablet, or smartphone to participate.
