Merrymeeting Adult Education

In this informational class, you will be introduced to various styles of seat weaving, with a focus on weaving a basic cane seat. A hands-on weaving practice session on a small frame will take place at the first class. This will be followed by supply information and three Zoom classes to assist and answer questions as you weave your seat. Participants are encouraged to bring a chair they plan to work on to the informational first session to have it evaluated.
