Circuit Training, Session II

Join us for this 45 minute workout. This class will help you burn calories, lose weight and strengthen your muscles. Interval training involves alternating segments of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest. This class is for all levels. The workout program is very flexible & easily adapted to match your individual fitness level. Please bring a mat, water and hand weights. Let's get a great workout! No class Oct. 14.
