Intro to Tai Chi & Tai Chi Walking Section II

Learn how to use movement, self-massage, meditation and breath work to turn on your body’s ability for healing, endurance and longevity. We will practice a qigong form as a warm up, then work on a five-movement modified tai chi form that's easy to learn and beneficial right from the start. Because all of the movements can be performed sitting down, adults of all ages and physical abilities can participate. As time allows, we'll incorporate qigong for the eyes, and arthritis moves for the arms and shoulders. Option to purchase a DVD from the instructor.
