Introduction to T'ai Chi & T'ai Chi Walking

Due to popular demand we are adding a summer T'ai Chi class. Join Diane in air conditioned splendor and learn how to use movement, self-massage, meditation and breath work to turn on your body’s ability for healing, endurance and longevity. We will practice a qigong form as a warm up, then work on a five-movement modified tai chi form that's easy to learn and beneficial right from the start. Because all of the movements can be performed sitting down, adults of all ages and physical abilities can participate. As time allows, we'll incorporate tai chi walking, qigong for the eyes and arthritis moves for the arms and shoulders.
