Join 6 other adults and an instructor and learn to row a 32 foot traditional fixed seat ocean-going rowing boat called a Cornish Pilot Gig. See the Maine coast from a boat while learning a skill. None of this fancy sliding seat stuff. No Ivy league ambitions. Just good fun and community (maybe with a little international travel for rowing in your future.) Learn to row, steer, navigate, plan routes, adventure at sea, work as a team in an outdoor setting all on board a 32' gig. AGE: 18+. Location: Winslow Park, Freeport. Class is Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
