Merrymeeting Community & Adult Education

Do you face challenges in your relationship with your partner, children or parents, or would you simply like to take already-good relationships to a higher level? This course presents cutting-edge tools to improve any relationship in your life, such as the “Wheel of Kindness,” the “Kindness Superpower Matrix,” the “Barriers to Kindness Exercise,” and other techniques such as non-violent communication and the empowerment triangle. Anyone is welcome, but we encourage people to join with their partner or family member, if possible. This program meets the first Thursday of every month between April and August.
