Have you wondered what meditation is all about? This beginning class will explain meditation and its benefits and teach you how to establish your own practice. In addition to meditation and breathing techniques, you will be introduced to practical skills for managing and reducing stress. Please bring a cushion for the meditation. Ann Kimmage is a certified, experienced yoga and stress management instructor.
