Can’t decide on a medium to work in? No problem, try them all! But start by mixing at least two. Like ink and watercolor, or colored pencil and watercolor pencil. Acrylics and pastels, oil sticks and oil paint. Pencil and Inktense or water soluble graphite. Charcoal and white chalk. Minimum material requirements for the class are a mixed media journal, pencils, erasers, and art supplies you already have. You will work in a convivial, supportive, creative environment alongside other artists, with one on one advice, encouragement, and feedback from the instructor. The aim is to get your work moving forward, developing your own style and process. New students welcome! *No Class: 4/25. **Special note about art materials: Please do not call our office about materials. Come to the first class with your favorite sketchbook and drawing pencils & pens. Suggested materials will be discussed by the instructor on the first day of classes. Thank you.
