Stretch, flex, breathe, and relax for optimum well-being. Yoga is a wonderful way to re-balance and feel grounded. Join this class with an experienced instructor who brings out the joy of yoga and tailors yoga to your individual needs. No class on Feb. 18 or March 25. Class meets on Zoom.
Students must have an audio and video-enabled computer, tablet, or smartphone to participate.
