Session II: Nordic Walking

Nordic walking burns 20-40% more calories than regular walking, develops upper body strength, increases safety by adding upright stability while reducing the impact on lower body weight-bearing joints. It improves neck and chest mobility, enhances mood, and is a fun and social way to enjoy the outdoors year-round. Suitable for every level. You may bring your own set of Nordic Walking poles or rent a pair from the instructor. Covid 19 safety protocols will be followed, including masks and social distancing.
