Spring Forest Five Element Qigong

With these five movements, you will learn how to connect your emotions to your organ systems in a powerful way. We will work with positive emotions to rebalance our energy. Each emotion has its own special signature and frequency, which matches an organ system. Each movement works with an element (wood, fire, earth, metal, water) that will assist you in bringing positive energy to promote healing. No prior experience is necessary for these gentle movements. You can choose to do them either standing up or sitting down. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and have drinking water nearby. Class meets on Zoom.
Students must have an audio and video-enabled computer, tablet, or smartphone to participate.
