Stress Buster Tai Chi and Qigong for Mid-Winter!

Chinese yoga is also known as Qigong (chee-gung) and Tai Chi. Chinese yoga is a wellness practice that uses the breath, mind intent, and gentle movement to activate the “Healer Within.” Each class will include a Qigong warm-up and Tai Chi form practice. Playing with Tai Chi is known to strengthen the lungs, improve balance and stability, and to generate better- being. Class meets on Zoom.
Students must have an audio and video-enabled computer, tablet, or smartphone to participate.
