The Alexander Technique is a practical, educational approach that helps you rediscover your natural ease by becoming aware of the way you use yourself. It helps you observe your own patterns of movement and recognize how they interfere with your natural ease, so you can stop interfering and enjoy freer, more natural movement. Learn to make constructive changes in your life and enjoy more ease in all of your pursuits, whether it’s working at a computer, playing sports, cooking, gardening, teaching, performing or playing an instrument! Class takes place on Zoom. Students must have reliable internet, and an audio and video enabled computer, tablet or smartphone to participate.
