Seriously, it can happen without dairy and we’re going to do it with an extra-exciting twist: we’re making it gluten free using polenta ‘noodles’. This is NOT your mother’s lasagna and it is so very yummy. You won’t miss the dairy. You won’t miss the pasta. You’ll wonder where this lasagna has been all your life. We’ll make our sauce from scratch (no jarred sauce here!), create a salad using locally grown veggies, and end it all with pre-made vegan chocolate truffles. You’ll take home the recipes (truffle recipe included) along with anything leftover, so be sure to bring a container. $10 food fee included. No discounts.
