In this hands-on cultural cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare sticky rice, choose fillings like pork, red bean, or dates, and wrap the signature pyramid shape or other shapes. Discover the legend of poet Qu Yuan and the deep symbolism behind this ancient dish as you cook your Zongzi to perfection. *A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of the workshop.
