Join Robin for Integral tai chi on Thursday afternoons. In this ten-week session, we will continue to refine and play with our vital energy, or Qi. Integral tai chi is a body/mind/spirit practice that includes breath awareness, gentle movement, self- massage, and mind focus. *Enrollment in this class is suggested for students who have been studying with Robin for at least a year, or those who have prior experience.
