Join Robin for Integral tai chi on Thursday afternoons. In this class we will continue to refine and play with our vital energy, or Qi, through the practice of qigong and the Integral tai chi form. Integral Tai Chi with Robin is a body/mind/spirit practice that includes breath awareness, gentle movement, self-massage, and mind focus to activate “The Healer Within.” Enrollment in this class is suggested for students who have been studying with Robin for at least a year, or those who have prior experience.
