In the midst of the hustle and bustle of life, it can be helpful to take time to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself. Join this mini-retreat for 2 hours of guided mindfulness-based practices for grounding, soothing, and connection with yourself. Meditations, informal mindfulness practices, prompts for journaling and reflection, and gentle movement will be offered. Please bring a yoga mat and a journal.
