Even in challenging times, positive emotions—like joy, gratitude, and awe—can nourish our resilience and help us stay connected to what matters most. This 2-hour retreat offers a gentle, science-informed exploration of the power of these uplifting states. Through meditation, journaling, and mindfulness practices, you’ll reflect on your own experiences such as joy, gratitude, and awe—first slowly, and then with an eye toward integrating them into everyday life in small, meaningful ways. Activities include: Guided meditations, Reflective journaling, Mindful movement, Group discussion, and shared insights. Please bring: A yoga mat, a journal, and something small that represents a moment of beauty or connection (optional).
