Merrymeeting Community & Adult Education

What does it mean to live a life of moral courage? What does it take to do what’s right, not just what’s convenient? How does moral courage help us live a more fulfilling life? This class will explore questions like these and more. We will use selected readings and examine examples of historical individuals who have shown great moral courage. We will support each other in finding ways to bring more moral courage into our lives at home, at work, and in the community. This program meets the second Tuesday of every month between September 2024 and March 2025. The workshop fee includes access to all monthly meetings. Attending every meeting is not mandatory; feel free to participate when you can.
