Career development is a lifelong process and some themes will emerge. The instructor will help you identify some recurring themes and give you tools to tackle them time and again. Examples include your interests now, skill building and growth mindset, networking, career changes, negotiating money and promotion, and finding balance. Students must have an audio- and video-enabled laptop, desktop, or tablet with reliable internet to participate in class.
