If you're a new graduate, new to the workforce, re-entering the workforce after some gaps, or wanting to make a career change, a hybrid or functional resume might be right for you. There are many ways to highlight your transferable skills or maximize what you want to show and minimize what you need to hide to make the best first impression. The instructor will guide you in how to craft a hybrid resume and talk about the different types of resumes you might use. Students must have an audio- and video-enabled laptop, desktop, or tablet with reliable internet to participate in class. We do not recommend using a smartphone.
