These easy to learn, mind-body techniques will help you feel calmer before surgery, use less pain medication, and recover faster. Prior to surgery, you will need to get Ms. Huddleston’s relaxation CD set or MP3 (not required for class). This, as well as the Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster book or e-book (recommended reading), can be purchased at www.HealFaster.com. Ms. Huddleston's book and CD set are also available at a few local libraries. Class takes place on Zoom. This program is run by peer leaders who understand just how challenging it can be to make our own health and wellness a priority.
