Men's Stretching and Strengthening Program

Using a combination of soft flowing and strengthening exercises, gentle stretching and balance postures focusing on postural alignment, focused breathing and a meditative mindset. Free the mind of distracting thoughts, expectations, and anxiety in order to experience centering, balance, reduce stress, develop strength, flexibility and gain personal control. Tai Chi with Robin for Continuing Students

This 45-minute class with Maine Active, LLC boosts strength, heart health, and functional mobility while keeping movements friendly and accessible. Each interval is designed to be modifiable, empowering participants to challenge themselves safely and mindfully. Expect a feel-good mix of cardio bursts, controlled strength segments, balance training, and grounding breathwork, no equipment required. Perfect for all fitness levels who want a more energetic class while still staying grounded in body awareness and safe mechanics. Nicole is an ACE certified fitness instructor and USAF veteran. The course fee is for 5 sessions with Nicole. No equipment needed. You can bring a yoga mat and light dumbbells (optional). *No class 4/20.
Pickleball for Beginners

Learn the basics of the fast growing sport of Pickleball. Easy to learn well enough in a short time to have fun, get exercise, fresh air and find people to play with. Learn basic strokes, positioning on the court, rules and scoring. Paddles & balls are provided for classes. All classes will be held on the Neptune Courts at 74 Neptune Drive at Brunswick Landing. Instructor Barbara Rondeau is a former tennis pro who took up Pickleball 8 years ago and has been teaching ever since. This class includes 5 sessions.
Pickleball for Advanced Beginners/Low Intermediates

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a meditative yoga practice, also known as "yogic sleep", that encourages a consciousness residing between sleep and awake. It is a guided meditation that focuses on relaxation and/or conscious dreaming. The class is practiced laying down, comfortable and supported with props, where the mind, body and senses are guided by the instructor into a physiological state of rest. Yoga nidra offers a break from the sensory overload often induced by busy life, screens and media. Among the many health benefits associated with yoga nidra are: improved sleep quality, stress-reduction, enhanced cognitive function, and a general sense of well-being. This 60 minute, energetic, fun-filled dance fitness class features a fusion of easy to follow dance moves, resistance training, yoga and kickboxing, all choreographed to popular music! The class is designed for all fitness levels with safe and effective moves to give a total body workout! Students should bring a mat and weights.
