Pickleball for Intermediates

Focus on play from the kitchen line, when to use defensive shots and when to attack. Work on developing consistency in all elements of your game. Please bring your own paddles. All classes will be held on the Neptune Courts at 74 Neptune Drive at Brunswick Landing. Instructor Barbara Rondeau is a former tennis pro who took up Pickleball 8 years ago and has been teaching ever since. This class includes 5 sessions.
Improv for the Heart

This six week class uses the skills and exercises of Improvisational Theater to develop a deeper sense of connection to self and others through the art of embodied play. Relaxing into the entry point of tuning into our creative selves, we will expand into collaborative performance for each other by sharing our imaginations together. This will include exploring character creation, storytelling and intuitive movement along with just getting to know each other and healing ourselves through shared laughter and emotional release. Elise Voigt is an actor and theater educator with over 20 years of experience and loves sharing her skills and knowledge with adults and children as a journey of self-discovery and self-renewal. No experience necessary! Come out and Play!
Herbs for Mental Health

This class will look at mental health symptoms through the lens of the nervous system. We will discuss herbs and lifestyle recommendations to address common imbalances within the body such as anxiety and stress. We as well as look at our mental health from an energetic constitutional level and how to create balance through nutrition, herbs and daily practices.
